55% of SMEs are now using GEN AI according to the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).
In a report released yesterday examining the challenges and opportunities of AI for small businesses, the FSB (p. 9) spotlighted the primary SME use cases for AI, ranked by user percentage

The FSB mentioned in a ZOOM today that 75% of SMEs experienced no increase in revenue since adoption. The 25% that saw an increase in revenue since adoption tended to use AI to develop new products and services.
