Transformations Reward Families Who Understand Them Early
“The World Economic Forum (WEF) projects that 170 million jobs will be created by 2030, running parallel to those being displaced. The net picture isn’t one of collapse—it’s one of transformation. And transformations reward the families who understand them early.”
This is just one of the sharp insights from a recent “must-read” by Babith Bhoopalan, founder of Quantum Leap Insights. He also spotlights a wealth of emerging opportunities across Healthcare, Education, Skilled Trades, Cybersecurity, International Relations, Diplomacy, and Public Policy.
In this new landscape, AI fluency is no longer optional; it is a foundational skill for workers in every field. The data backs this up: according to research from PWC, professionals with AI fluency typically earn 56% more than those without it.
Bhoopalan identifies four key “superpowers” that AI supposedly cannot replicate:
- Emotional Intelligence
- Creative Vision
- Physical Dexterity
- Ethical Judgment
I am not so sure. There are times the insights produced by LLMs seem considerably more nuanced, creative, and emotionally intelligent than what we hear from many human professionals.
Regardless, one thing is certain: there is much that parents and teachers can do right now to equip young people to understand this transformation early. We aren’t just preparing young people for a job; we are preparing them for a world where the ability to collaborate effectively with intelligence—both human and artificial—is the ultimate skill.
