Why Future Think

Globalisation and advances in technology are transforming how we work, where we work and the work we do at a very fast rate.  The World Economic Forum estimates that by “ 2022, no less than 54%of all employees will require significant re- and up-skilling.” and some  “75 million jobs may be displaced by a shift in the division of labour between humans and machines, while 133 million new roles may emerge”.    Companies here in the UK and overseas are already struggling to find workers with the right skills for today’s world of work.

Against this backdrop, Future Think empowers those with restricted access to high quality information to acquire the right qualifications, skills and mindsets needed to access new and lucrative opportunities coming on stream.  Our work is made possible through the generosity of philanthropists with a passion to see marginalised communities get a fair share of the opportunities to come.
